Job Overview
As a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience, you will manage your own clinics and deliver comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare. Responsibilities include otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming and fine-tuning in line with BSA recommendations. Maintain accurate clinical records via an electronic patient management system and adhere to regulatory standards. Demonstrate commercial awareness and work towards appointment goals, KPIs and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing
- Fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Minimum two years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of audiological principles and high clinical audit performance
- Proven ability to achieve commercial objectives
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and commitment to professional development
- Articulate, organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills
