Job Description

Hearing Aid Audiologist Job Stockton on Tees - Audiology Jobs County Durham. The position will be clinic based working within Stockton on Tees. Hours: Full-time. Salary: £40,000 per annum + car allowance, bonus and an extensive company benefits package.

Client Overview

Flame Health Audiology is currently working on behalf of a leading and well-established hearing care provider to recruit an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist for a clinic-based position. Our client is recognised for delivering high-quality, patient-focused audiology services and for investing in modern technology, professional development and strong clinical governance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage own clinics and deliver comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings and aftercare services
  • Conduct otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming and fine-tuning
  • Maintain accurate clinical records via electronic patient management system
  • Adhere to BSA recommendations and company protocols
  • Work towards appointment activity goals, KPIs and revenue targets
  • Promote hearing care services within the clinic environment

Candidate Requirements

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing
  • HCPC registration
  • Minimum two years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of audiological principles
  • Consistently high clinical audit performance
  • Proven ability to achieve commercial objectives
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
