This is a pivotal opportunity to join a purpose-driven team as they scale across retail, e-commerce, and international markets.

The Operations & Wholesale Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the brand's entire operations framework while nurturing valuable wholesale partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations and management, ideally within the eyewear or optical industry
• A strong understanding of wholesale management, supply chain, and product development
• A genuine passion for sustainability and ethical business practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, organised, and target-driven mindset
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive within a small, agile team
• Technical competence across relevant operational software and systems
