• Salary £28,750 (then pro rata down to 4 days)
• 4 days per week
• Working days Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are working with a small Independent Optical group practice who are seeking a DO Practice Manager to join them in the Leeds area. As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for the everyday running of the practice whilst working within a comprehensive management role, including driving business growth, ensuring the smooth running and profit of the practice.

The company has a proven track record in looking after its patients and making them feel relaxed and comfortable. The most important thing to them is the health of the patient eyes and they also understand that looking and feeling good with your eyewear is vital.

As the DO Practice Manager, you will be passionate to deliver outstanding patient care, combined with sound advice and product recommendations that best suit individual customer needs. Alongside this, you will assist the Store Director in the management of store operations in order to achieve excellent customer service, financial goals and business objectives.

In addition to the high quality surroundings my client’s aim is to provide both their store staff and their customers with an excellent overall environment.

• Dispensing

• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work well with a small team

You must have prior experience in the optical industry as a Dispensing Optician to be considered for this role.
