Our client is a small group of independent practices and you will enjoy the benefit of working in a comfortable and friendly environment. This forward thinking Independent practice aim to provide a service beyond today's standards and are known for being very customer focused.

Your main responsibilities as an Optical Advisor will be to work as part of a successful and supportive team ensuring that you perform to the best of your abilities. This will mean providing a high level of customer service at all times and to every patient.

Duties will include:

• Dispensing
• Helping and advising customers
• Booking appointments
• Meet and greeting customers
• High levels of customer service
• Helping with measurements and adjustments
• Advising and helping choose frames

You will of course be fully supported and working with a full team of Optometrists and professionals that will encourage and help you to achieve targets.
