JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Assistant Practice Manager you will be responsible for Assisting the Practice Manager in the running of the store working, this will include supervising staff, driving business growth, ensuring the smooth running and profit of the practice. The successful candidate should be both technically and commercially aware with good Optometry experience in order to drive an efficient and effective branch. Ideally you will be a fully qualified Dispensing Optician however non-qualified candidates such as experienced Retail Managers or those with Optical experience will also be considered.
