Role Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough, patient-focused eye examinations and health checks

- Work closely with the Store Manager to provide optical guidance and clinical support to the retail team
- Support optical training and development of non-clinical staff
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care and technical accuracy
- Build strong patient relationships to encourage long-term loyalty and referrals
Candidate Requirements
- Fully qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist
- Confident, clinically competent, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-quality retail-clinical environment
- Organised, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages advantageous)
