The Opportunity

• Position: Dispensing Optician
• Location: Romford, Essex
• Contract: Full-time
• Salary: Up to £40,000 basic (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and professional dispensing services.

You should demonstrate:

• GOC registration as a Dispensing Optician
• Previous experience within an independent or multiple practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in frame styling, lens dispensing, and complex prescriptions
• A patient-first approach with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team
• Experience supporting clinical services such as myopia management or NHS pathways would be advantageous but is not essential.
