Job Description
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC registered), you will take responsibility for managing your own clinics, delivering comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings and aftercare services. You will conduct otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming and fine-tuning in line with BSA recommendations. You will maintain accurate clinical records using an electronic patient management system and work towards appointment activity goals, KPIs and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent Hearing Aid Dispensing qualification
- Full HCPC registration
- Minimum two years' post-qualification experience
- Strong audiological principles and clinical audit performance
- Proven commercial awareness and ability to achieve objectives
- Ongoing CPD commitment
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
