This is a fantastic opportunity for an Optical Advisor who is passionate about patient care and looking to join a friendly, supportive team — with no sales targets and a strong focus on quality over volume.

The Practice

This long-established North London independent is renowned for delivering exceptional eye care and personalised service to a loyal mixed patient base of NHS and private customers.

The practice offers:

• Comprehensive eye examinations including advanced OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)

The Role

Position: Optical Advisor
Location: North London (N10)
Contract: Full-time (flexibility considered)
Salary: Generous and competitive, dependent on experience

You will play a key role in delivering a premium, patient-focused experience from initial welcome through to frame styling and dispensing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey
• Advising on frame styling and lens options
• Supporting dispensing and contact lens services
• Assisting with daily practice operations
• Working collaboratively within a small, friendly team

There are no sales targets — the emphasis is on service, professionalism and long-term patient relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as an Optical Advisor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in high-end eyewear and fashion
• A patient-first approach
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
