Flame Health Associates LLP is currently recruiting for an experienced Optometrist to join a premium, low-volume optical practice in the Moreton in Marsh area. This role offers 2–3 days per week, with flexible working options, a competitive salary based on experience, and 35–40 minute testing times. The practice uses advanced diagnostic equipment including Optos OCT and works with high-end eyewear brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with 35–40 minute testing slots
• Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment including Optos and OCT for enhanced eye health assessments
• Provide tailored vision correction advice and personalised eyewear recommendations
• Work closely with experienced eyewear consultants to deliver a seamless patient journey
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development

The Ideal Candidate

• GOC-registered Optometrist
• Experience within a high-end or boutique optical practice preferred
• Strong focus on personalised, patient-first care
• Confident using modern diagnostic technology
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for styling and premium eyewear brands
