As an Optical Practice Manager you will coach, mentor and develop the practice team, be an ambassador for the company’s vision and values and ensure excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, train and develop your team – Provide regular constructive feedback and review meetings.
• Ensure practice adheres to operational standards including smart booking and diary management.
• Manage all aspects of practice rotas ensuring sufficient cover and holiday requests actioned within 7 days.
• Understand MI to maintain budget areas and ensure stock control is tightly managed.

Our ideal team member will be an experienced Dispensing Optician, Deputy Practice Manager or Practice Manager. You will have excellent communication and listening skills, ability to build relationships, diagnose and solve problems, plan, prioritise workloads, and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
