Our dynamic independent client, an established and successful optical practice, is seeking a confident and career-minded Optometrist to join their fantastic team in County Durham. You will ensure every customer receives the very best patient experience. The practice is community-focused and offers a supportive environment with 30-minute testing times, no evenings, closed Sundays, and a full refit upcoming. Specialties include Myopia, Contact Lens, OCT, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations
- Fit and manage contact lenses
- Provide myopia management and OCT diagnostics
- Deliver excellent patient care and customer service
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team
Requirements
- Qualified Optometrist with relevant registration
- Experience with OCT, contact lenses, and myopia management
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to professional development
