In this busy practice, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of customer service to every patient. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike, whether over the phone or face-to-face. You’ll need to dispense to a good standard and be comfortable offering advice on the latest eyewear trends and lens options.
