Flame Health’s Optometry division is recruiting for a confident and motivated Dispensing Optician / Supervisor to join our respected client’s store in North London.

The Role

As a Dispensing Optician Supervisor, you will combine clinical dispensing expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting the day-to-day running of the practice and driving high standards of patient care.

• Dispensing spectacles to the highest professional standards
• Supervising and supporting the optical team
• Overseeing pre-screening, patient journey and clinic flow
• Ensuring compliance with GOC and industry regulations
• Assisting with training, mentoring and performance development
• Supporting commercial targets and store performance

About You

• GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Commercially aware with strong communication skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient service
