The Role
As an Optical Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient journey. Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting customers and patients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Conducting pre-screening tests using modern diagnostic equipment
- Dispensing spectacles and providing tailored product advice
- Booking and managing appointments efficiently
- Supporting & Supervising the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Previous optical experience would be advantageous as you may be required to work in a Supervisor capacity.
