Are you an experienced HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser ready to take the next step in your clinical career? Flame Health have an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, high-spec independent group offering advanced clinical ear care and audiology services in state-of-the-art London clinics. You’ll be part of a specialist team working alongside leading ENT professionals and clinical ear care experts, delivering exceptional care and innovative hearing solutions.

About the Role

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments using advanced clinical equipment.
• Perform microsuction procedures under ENT microscopes in modern, purpose-built treatment rooms.
• Receive advanced clinical training to progress into complex procedures, including work on the tympanic membrane.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, ensuring a high standard of care and communication.
• Contribute to both new patient care and ongoing relationships with a well-established private client base.

What We’re Looking For

• HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD).
• A patient-centred approach, balancing clinical excellence with strong commercial awareness.
• A positive attitude, professional manner, and desire to grow within a high-performing team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
