About the Opportunity
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Optical has been instructed on a new opportunity for an experienced Optical Advisor based in Central Nottingham. Our multi-award-winning independent client is an expanding, dynamic independent optician that provides premium eye care solutions and a bespoke personal service. They are now actively looking for an ambitious, proven dispenser to come and join their team.

The Role
The Optical advisor will need to have previous optical experience and have a great track record of dispensing, of course an eye for detail and a genuine interest in optical fashion trends. As you will be responsible for providing a premium service, from a customer service perspective, it is all about the patient journey and exceeding expectations throughout. Our client is passionate about ensuring they are always leading the way when it comes to frames, lenses, contact lenses and specialist services to their patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert dispensing advice and help patients with frame and lens selection
• Develop rapport with the team and contribute to driving the business forward.
• Help with all instore services
• Be an integral part of the team, always looking for ways to improve

Candidate Requirements

• An experienced Optical Advisor
• Demonstrable experience of working as a Dispenser.
• A commitment to exceptional customer care
• Confident communicator and organisational skills.
• Proactive and motivated
