Job Description

Flame Health's Audiology division is looking to recruit a HCPC registered Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser within the Croydon area. This leading UK national company is award winning for the highest level of employee engagement, with a well trained and organised support team working closely with you. Private Hearing Care experience is preferable, but NHS/Newly qualified candidates who can demonstrate commercial potential are also considered.

Primary Duties

• Make and attend appointments with potential clients to conduct hearing tests and sell hearing solutions.
• Conduct hearing tests in accordance with HCPC standards and BSHAA code of practice.
• Advise on and sell suitable remedial hearing solutions.
• Process sales administration and maintain records on the CMS system.
• Provide after sales service and resolve queries.
• Maintain audiometry, sales, and procedural knowledge through training.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activities.
• Use company equipment effectively to maximise sales.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Qualified HAD or Pre Registered HAD
• Current HCPC licence
• Current driving licence
• BSHAA membership or willingness to join
• IT skills for laptop and audiometric equipment
• Time and job management abilities
