Optical Advisor Duties

  • Handle enquiries from patients
  • Friendly and approachable attitude
  • Display a friendly, polite and welcoming telephone manner.
  • Registration and booking in patients attending the practice for eye examinations.
  • Working as part of a team, dealing with queries rapidly, efficiently and professionally
  • Making sure Patients are made comfortable and kept informed within the practice
  • Efficiently perform pre-examinations
