The Opportunity

Candidate Profile

Private hearing care experience is preferred, particularly for candidates who can demonstrate a strong balance of patient-centred care and commercial success. However, NHS-trained or newly qualified Audiologists will also be considered, provided they can demonstrate the potential to succeed in a private, performance-driven environment. You must be HCPC registered to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments in line with HCPC standards, BSHAA codes of practice, and company clinical protocols
  • Advise patients on and dispense appropriate remedial hearing solutions
  • Manage and process all sales and clinical administration accurately and compliantly
  • Maintain high-quality patient records using the company CMS system
  • Deliver professional aftercare services and resolve patient queries promptly
  • Provide accurate reports and performance data to support business planning
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical, audiometric and product knowledge through training and CPD
  • Contribute market insight and identify local commercial opportunities
  • Ensure all activity aligns with HCPC regulations, ethical standards and company policies

Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (including Pre-Registered candidates)
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Member of BSHAA or willing to join
  • Strong IT skills, including use of audiometric equipment and clinical systems
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A professional, patient-focused approach with commercial awareness
