Job Description
Currently seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join a team in Beckenham. Leading independent practice who aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of their patients. They have the latest diagnostic equipment, technological advances in contact lenses, spectacle lenses and frames.
As an Optical Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting or contacting the practice. You will greet clients in person or over the phone, listen and understand their needs, and work closely with Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians to determine the best solutions. Ideally, you will have experience as an Optical Assistant, excellent IT skills, communication and listening skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
