Job Description
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are currently recruiting for an independent eyewear brand who require a customer-focused Optical advisor/Administrator to join their growing team.
Our clients brand is continuing to grow and evolve, creating an exciting opportunity for someone who is as passionate about eyecare, design, and sustainability as they are about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the patients journey in-store and online, playing a key role in sales, eyewear dispensing, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing the right frames and lenses based on their needs
- Take accurate optical measurements with care and attention
- Responsible for opening and closing the store and following security procedures
- Manage stock, merchandising, and store admin, including order tracking and stock counts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in an optical and dispensing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, organised, and target-driven mindset
- Confidence using tech and CRM systems
- Flexibility and a team-player attitude – essential in a small, dynamic team
- Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday – essential)
