[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Audiology Division is currently recruiting for a HCPC-registered Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a leading UK national hearing care provider in the Cumbria area. This award-winning organisation offers world-leading technology, an established patient base, and strong clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments in line with HCPC standards and BSHAA codes of practice
• Advise patients on and dispense appropriate remedial hearing solutions
• Manage and process all sales and clinical administration accurately
• Maintain high-quality patient records using the company CMS system
• Deliver professional aftercare services and resolve patient queries
• Provide accurate reports and performance data to support business planning
• Maintain clinical and product knowledge through training and CPD
• Identify local commercial opportunities

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (including Pre-Registered candidates)
• Current HCPC registration
• Full UK driving licence
• Member of BSHAA or willing to join
• Strong IT skills and use of audiometric equipment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Patient-focused approach with commercial awareness
