Your Role as an Optical Assistant:
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service. You’ll work closely with the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians to provide expert advice and help clients choose the best optical products. Your excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential to succeed in this role.
