[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Optometry is currently looking to recruit an Optical Dispensing Manager to join this well-established, family friendly, independent Opticians, in the Sheffield area.

Our client takes pride in offering a caring and professional service to all their customers. You will be working within a stylish practice which has well run clinics and a great reputation.

You will manage dispensing across 3x practices and be responsible for managing the performance and implementing KPI’s together with improving processes and efficiencies in each practice.

You will also be responsible for improving marketing and customer engagement and ensure that each customer receives a first-class eye examination, overall experience and aftercare.

Requirements

• Previous optical experience is essential
• Ability to manage multiple practices
• Experience with KPI implementation and process improvement
• Strong customer service and engagement skills
• Marketing knowledge
