Salary: Up to £38,000 + £4,000 car allowance + uncapped bonus

About the Role
Flame Health’s Audiology Division is recruiting a HCPC-registered Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to work across the Buckinghamshire area, working in various branches. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established independent hearing care provider with a strong national presence across optical practices and medical centres throughout the UK. You’ll inherit an existing patient base, benefit from competitive pricing structures, and work within a business that genuinely prioritises clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive hearing assessments and aftercare
- Fitting and dispensing hearing aids in line with best clinical practice
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience at every stage
- Managing clinics across multiple medical centre locations
- Working commercially while maintaining the highest ethical standards
Candidate Requirements
- HCPC registered Hearing Aid Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser (essential)
- Passion for patient care and clinical quality
- Confident working across multiple locations
- Professional, ethical, and commercially aware approach
- Strong communication and patient-management skills
Salary & Benefits
