An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Optical Advisor to join an outstanding independent opticians in Daventry. Working as an optical advisor within an excellent, well-established team you will have the full support of all your colleagues. The practice is comfortable and well equipped, ensuring that each patient receives a first-class eye examination, aftercare and service.

Optical Advisor Duties

• Handle enquiries from patients
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Display a friendly, polite and welcoming telephone manner.
• Registration and booking in patients attending the practice for eye examinations.
• Working as part of a team and dealing with queries rapidly, efficiently and professionally
• Making sure Patients are made comfortable and kept informed within the practice
• Efficiently perform pre-examinations
