The Role
As an Optical Advisor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in both front-of-house operations and team leadership, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery are consistently achieved.
- Supervising and supporting the Optical Advisor team
- Dispensing and frame styling
- Delivering exceptional customer care at every patient touchpoint
- Supporting day-to-day practice operations
- Acting as a role model for service standards and professionalism
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as an Optical Advisor (supervisory experience desirable)
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
- Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
- Willingness to support team development and practice success
- Managing 4-5 staff members
