Job Overview
Flame Health Optometry is working in partnership with a reputable independent optical and hearing care company to recruit an experienced Optical Practice Manager / Optical Branch Manager for a full-time position based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The Role
- Full responsibility for practice and team management
- Leading, motivating, and developing the store team
- Working to company and store performance targets
- Driving business growth and practice profitability
- Ensuring customers receive consistently excellent service
- Supporting and delivering staff training and development
- Keeping up to date with the latest optical and industry developments
- Acting as a visible and supportive leader within the practice
Candidate Requirements
- Previous management experience within an optical practice preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Dispensing experience desirable but not essential
- Applications welcome from experienced Retail Managers or Optical Advisors with strong leadership experience
