We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Optical Assistant to join our client in Kilburn. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to patients, assisting optometrists during examinations, and guiding customers in selecting the best eyewear to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.
- Assist optometrists with patient examinations and procedures.
- Educate patients on eyeglass care and maintenance.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
- Help customers choose frames and adjust eyewear.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
- Support with glasses care and dispensing (training provided).

Requirements
- Previous optical experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work full-time with regular Saturday work.
- Must be able to commute to Kilburn or plan to relocate before starting.
