As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to patients, assisting optometrists during examinations, and guiding customers in selecting the best eyewear to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.
• Assist optometrists with patient examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and maintenance.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
• Help customers choose frames and adjust eyewear.
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
• Support with glasses care and dispensing (training provided).

Requirements

• Previous optical experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work full-time with regular Saturday work.
• Must be able to commute to Kilburn or plan to relocate before starting.
