About the Role
The Optical Sales Advisor position is varied and customer-facing, focusing on delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients (meet and greet)
- Answering telephone enquiries and booking appointments
- Pre-screening patients prior to eye examinations
- Advising on frame and lens options
- Dispensing, fittings, adjustments, and repairs
- Managing collections and general reception duties
