The Role

As an Optical Advisor, you will be a key part of the front-of-house team, supporting patients throughout their journey and ensuring a high standard of service at every touchpoint. You will be involved in dispensing, frame styling, customer care, and day-to-day practice support, helping to maintain the practice’s reputation for excellent patient experience.
