Talent Acquisition Coordinator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment across the Etihad Campus. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Management – Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and support screening while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Compliance & Onboarding (RTW / DBS) – Coordinate Right to Work and DBS checks, track progress, and ensure compliant onboarding.
  • Recruitment Operations & Systems – Maintain data in the ATS, monitor candidate progression, and support reporting.
  • Events & Recruitment Activity – Support recruitment events, coordinate candidate bookings, rooms, and site access.
  • Stakeholder Support – Work with hiring managers and internal teams as a key point of contact for recruitment queries.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Essential

  • Experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with Office 365 and managing data accurately
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

Desirable

  • Familiarity with recruitment or compliance processes (e.g., RTW checks, employment law)
