FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at the Etihad Campus in Manchester. This is an onsite role reporting to Diana Ivicicova.

Key Responsibilities

  • Casual & High-Volume Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for casual roles across Hospitality, Retail, and Culinary, managing high-volume campaigns and assessment days while building strong talent pipelines.
  • Permanent Recruitment Support: Support hiring across permanent roles, partnering with hiring managers on briefs, screening, and delivery.
  • Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement: Maintain ATS accuracy, oversee onboarding activity, and drive improvements.
  • Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure all recruitment activity meets UK employment legislation and internal standards, with focus on RTW, DBS, and fair hiring.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Essential

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-volume or operational environment
  • Experience recruiting for frontline roles (e.g. hospitality, retail, catering, events)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and campaigns simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Experience using an ATS and managing candidate pipelines
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance
  • Proactive and hands-on approach

Desirable

  • Previous experience within hospitality, events, stadium, or arena environments
  • Experience managing casual workforce recruitment and large-scale hiring campaigns
  • Experience running assessment days / recruitment events
  • Understanding of seasonal or event-driven workforce planning
  • Exposure to multi-site or complex operational business
  • Basic data analysis skills
