The practice is part of a group that is one of the UK's leading opticians. Full-time and part-time roles available. Salary £26k – £29k.

Optical Advisor Duties
- Handle enquiries from patients
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Display a friendly, polite and welcoming telephone manner.
- Registration and booking in patients attending the practice for eye examinations.
- Working as part of a team and dealing with queries rapidly, efficiently and professionally
- Making sure Patients are made comfortable and kept informed within the practice
- Efficiently perform pre-examinations
- Dispensing

- Experience within an optical environment
- Confident and patient-focused
