Your main responsibilities as an Optical Advisor will be to work as part of a successful and supportive team ensuring that you perform to the best of your abilities. This will mean providing a high level of customer service at all times and to every patient and push yourself to be the best you can be.

Duties

• Dispensing
• Helping and advising customers
• Booking appointments
• Meet and greeting customers
• High levels of customer service
• Helping with measurements and adjustments
• Advising and helping choose frames
