An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior sales professional to play a key role in a UK market expansion within the premium eyewear / optical sector. This is a highly autonomous, senior-level position focused on building and scaling regional distribution through premium independent opticians and boutique retailers.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in eyewear, optics, or premium consumer goods
- Strong existing relationships with independent opticians and premium optical retailers
- Proven success in regional sales, field sales, or brand development
- Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
- Highly autonomous and comfortable in a launch/growth environment
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
