Due to sustained growth, strong patient demand, and the planned reduction of clinical hours by the Principal Dentist, the practice is expanding its associate capacity. The business continues to evolve with the introduction of specialist services, creating an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist seeking long-term stability and progression within a predominantly private environment. Key Job Details

• Position: Associate Dentist
• Location: South Bristol / Cheddar area, Somerset
• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Working Pattern: Flexible – 2 to 4 days per week
• Contract Type: Mixed – Predominantly Private & Denplan

Practice Overview

• NHS Contract: Small NHS commitment of approximately 3,000 UDAs (primarily children)
• UDA Rate: Circa £13 per UDA
• Private / Denplan Mix: Private ~50%, Denplan Capitation & Private ~50%
• Overall mix: 85–90% Private & Denplan
• Private Waiting List: Over 100 patients waiting to join privately
• Surgeries: 5 surgeries operating close to full capacity
• Hygiene: 7 days of hygiene provision per week
• Patient Base: Established, loyal list with excellent ongoing demand
