Your main responsibilities will be to work as part of a successful team providing high levels of customer service to every patient.

Optical Advisor Duties

• Handle enquiries from patients
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Display a friendly, polite and welcoming telephone manner
• Registration and booking in patients
• Working as part of a team and dealing with queries rapidly, efficiently and professionally
• Making sure patients are comfortable and kept informed
• Efficiently perform pre-examinations
• Dispensing

• Experience within an optical environment
• Confident and patient-focused
• Strong communication
• Experienced dispenser
• Team-oriented
