Role Summary

The Opportunity
This position offers the chance to join a highly experienced clinical team within a modern private eye care clinic. You will work closely with experienced Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and wider clinical support teams, supporting patients through pre-operative and post-operative consultations, essential and advanced eye examinations, and specialist treatment pathways.

Clinical Environment
Based in a specialist private eye care clinic providing pre-op and post-op consultations, clinical support for Ophthalmologists, essential and advanced eye examinations. Modern diagnostic and treatment technology.
Salary and Benefits
Up to £70,000 per annum. Benefits include performance-related salary enhancement, 33 days annual leave, pension, private healthcare, paid professional fees, indemnity cover, ongoing CET and clinical development, Independent Prescribing sponsorship, discounted treatments.
Training, Support and Development
Full refractive and cataract surgery training provided. Day-to-day support from experienced team and specialist clinical guidance.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist
- Strong clinical standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient-first approach
- Confident in multidisciplinary environment
- Interest in refractive surgery, cataract care, premium lens procedures, Independent Prescribing advantageous
