Clinical Environment

The role is based within a modern clinical hub where telemedicine and digital systems play a central role in patient care.

You will be responsible for conducting remote consultations, supporting patients through telehealth platforms, and reviewing referrals from optometrists, GPs, and other primary care sources. You will help triage patients into appropriate ophthalmology pathways, ensuring efficient and effective clinical outcomes.

In addition, you will provide clinical support to the wider administrative and operational teams and work collaboratively with clinical leadership to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Salary and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

An interest in telemedicine, referral management, or advanced clinical pathways would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
