[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s Audiology division is recruiting for an ambitious and self-motivated Audiologist / HAD in the North East area to join one of the leading optical/hearing care groups.

• Use audiometric and otoscopic test equipment to agreed HPC and Company standards, ensuring current calibration requirements are met.
• Select and demonstrate hearing aids, whenever and wherever appropriate, to agreed standards and carry out the fitting of hearing aids.
• Complete service appointments and rehabilitation appointments and re-fitting of hearing aids as necessary and on time.
• Take aural impressions for the manufacture of hearing aids to agreed standards.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Qualified HAD or Pre Registered HAD
• Hold current HCPC licence
• Hold current driving licence
• IT skills at a level that enables the use of the companies laptop and audiometric equipment
• Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload
