Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Audiology is working in partnership with a community-focused healthcare organisation to recruit an Audiology Partner to lead and grow a domiciliary hearing care business across the Glasgow area, West/South West Glasgow. This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical autonomy with business ownership, allowing you to run your own audiology business while benefiting from a proven operational framework, established systems, and ongoing clinical and commercial support. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, accessible hearing care services within the community, improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Financial & Professional Package

  • Base Salary: £50,000 per annum
  • £5,000 Car Allowance
  • Dividends: Income growth linked to business performance
  • First-Year Incentives – Salary £70,000: £10,000 bonus at 6 months, additional £10,000 at 12 months

  • Community Engagement: Build trusted relationships within local communities; deliver a patient-first, accessible hearing care service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified and HCPC-registered Audiologist
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong clinical standards with a patient-first mindset
  • Leadership capability with commercial awareness
  • Ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial
