An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Optical Advisor to join an outstanding high quality independent opticians based in the Leeds area.

Working as an optical advisor within an excellent, well-established team you will have the full support of all your colleagues. The practices are comfortable and well equipped, ensuring that each patient receives a first-class eye examination, aftercare and service.

Optical Advisor Duties

• Handle enquiries from patients
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Display a friendly, polite and welcoming telephone manner.
• Registration and booking in patients attending the practice for eye examinations.
• Working as part of a team and dealing with queries rapidly, efficiently and professionally
• Making sure Patients are made comfortable and kept informed within the practice
• Efficiently perform pre-examinations
