Job Description

As an Optometrist, your role is central in building an excellent customer experience as the customer journey starts in your exam room. You will be a key brand ambassador and work hand-in-hand with the store manager, providing the retail team optical guidance and knowledge. Understanding patients' needs and delivering the highest quality eye examinations to achieve optimal outcomes. Helping the manager in optical training of the retail team. Guaranteeing technical excellence and quality of patient care.

  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with endless potential.
  • Ability to make patients at ease and provide thorough health checks.
  • Build excellent patient rapport to encourage return visits and referrals.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, maintaining exceptional patient care.
  • True team player.
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Fluent in written and oral English (knowledge of a second language is an asset).
