Job Description

Primary Duties

Make/attend appointments to conduct hearing tests and sell hearing solutions.
Conduct hearing tests per HCPC and BSHAA standards.
Advise on and sell suitable hearing solutions.
Process sales administration and maintain records on CMS.
Provide after-sales service and resolve queries.
Maintain knowledge and skills through training.
Provide market intelligence on competitors.

Skills & Competencies Required

Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD)
Current HCPC licence
Current driving licence
Member of BSHAA (or willing to become)
IT skills for laptop and audiometric equipment
Time and job management abilities
