This company has a proven track record in excellent patient care. As a Practice Manager, you will be passionate to deliver outstanding patient care, combined with sound dispensing advice and product recommendations. You will assist the Store Director in managing store operations to achieve excellent customer service, financial goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively
• Utilise reports and management information in relation to Key Performance Indicators
• Discuss and set business objectives
• Understand and motivate store staff to get results
• Develop commercial opportunities through effective PR, marketing and corporate products
• Create a culture of 'Customer First' in store
