Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

An experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser is needed to join a quality-focused client in Lincolnshire, working across two branches. The role involves conducting audiometric and otoscopic tests, selecting and fitting hearing aids, taking aural impressions, and completing service and rehabilitation appointments. Candidates must hold HCPC and BSHAA registration (preferred) and have a full driving licence.

  • Salary: £40,000 (plus uncapped commission and bonus)

Job Description

We are searching for experienced Audiologists or Hearing Aid Dispensers to join our client’s team located in Lincolnshire. Our client is looking for audiologists who want to make a difference and be different, working collaboratively to drive excellence in clinical standards.

  • Use audiometric and otoscopic test equipment to agreed HPC and Company standards, ensuring current calibration requirements are met.
  • Select and demonstrate hearing aids, whenever and wherever appropriate, to agreed standards and carry out the fitting of hearing aids.
  • Complete service appointments and rehabilitation appointments and re-fitting of hearing aids as necessary and on time.
  • Take aural impressions for the manufacture of hearing aids to agreed standards

Requirements

  • Qualified Audiologist HCPC and BSHAA registration preferred
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel between practices
