Salary: 45k plus 5k car allowance + bonus

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Audiologist to join a well-established independent optical and hearing care provider in Tyne & Wear. This role offers the chance to be part of a growing business that is expanding its clinical services to include a dedicated hearing care offering.

The Role

As an Audiologist, you will play a key role in delivering and developing the hearing care service. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive hearing assessments, recommending appropriate solutions, and delivering a high standard of aftercare. This position offers a high level of clinical autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting full hearing assessments and diagnostics
• Recommending and fitting hearing aids
• Providing ongoing aftercare and support
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the overall delivery of a high-quality clinical service
• Working collaboratively with colleagues

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
• Registered with the HCPC
• Strong clinical ability and excellent communication skills
• Patient-focused approach
• Commercial awareness (desirable)
